Friends association trip to carmen curlers – staged

Odsherred's Art Museum and Malergården's Friends invite you on a trip to Kalundborg Museum and the exhibition Carmen curlers - staged.

In 1963, Carmen Curlers were put into production at a factory in Kalundborg. In the following years, the city and surrounding area were vacuumed for labour, because Carmen Curlers had become a world hit. Come along for a tour and hear the incredible story of a local business that was super modern and also had its ups and downs until it closed completely in 1990.

We gather in the lecture hall at Kalundborg Museum, where we get an introduction to Carmen Curlers and the exhibition carmen curlers – staged. Included in the price below is the serving of coffee and cake. After that, you can walk around and see the exhibition Carmen curlers – staged and the other exhibitions in the museum.

Price per. person DKK 150,00 for members and DKK 250,00 for non-members of Odsherreds Kunstmuseum and Malergårdens Venner. The deadline for purchasing tickets is April 15.
