Few stories from the occupation period in Holbæk about the resistance movement and sabotage. On the walk, there are stops at places where landmark events took place.
During World War II, Denmark was occupied by Germany 2-1940. The occupation was a dark period in Denmark's history and in Holbæk many citizens and families fought each other and the Germans with their lives. However, most looked after themselves and managed to get through their everyday lives despite the occupation.

Hear about acts of sabotage aimed at both the German occupiers and the Danish companies that helped the Germans and hear about arms receipts that made the resistance possible.
