Do you have exciting things from the Second World War in your attic, in chests and other hiding places? Then we would like to see them! Maybe they hide new, exciting stories from West Zealand.
Come and show us what you've found and hear what the objects can tell you. Also meet the team behind the special exhibition 'Shadow Warriors', which is about the secret resistance during World War II.
The museum curators will talk about the exhibition's many choices and why the museum has embarked on telling the British angle on the German occupation of Denmark. The stories have revealed new angles on the occupation and the work in British archives has shaken the official Danish narrative about the resistance movement.
We look forward to meeting you and seeing what you've come up with! You're also welcome, of course, even if you don't have anything from World War II with you.
It is necessary to buy a ticket in advance.
As the exhibition is located on the 1st floor without an elevator, access for people with walking difficulties is limited.
