Come to Christmas Banko in Tingstedet on the square in Ringsted. We'll have Christmas fun for an hour with banko games and stories about Christmas.
Banco game and Christmas cheer in a wonderful mix. It's a completely traditional banco game as we know it. And then there's a twist – there are occasionally lively stories told by the museum's presenter about something to do with Christmas.
For example, hear about why we eat rice pudding/rice ala mande on Christmas Eve, and why there are flag garlands on the Christmas tree.
Of course, there are prizes for the first row and full plate.
Be sure of a place and buy a ticket in advance. Remaining tickets are for sale at the door.
Coffee and tea can be purchased in the cafe.
