You can buy ticket at the door or you have the opportunity to buy your ticket in advance here.
Groups of at least 12 people: NOK 30.
Members of the local museum association have free admission. Members of other Museum Vestsjællands museum associations / clubs receive 1/2 price on the entrance ticket.
Educational institutions and daycare facilities:
Free admission for daycare, crèche, kindergarten, school, SFO and youth education.
Free entrance for the education and teacher education.
Teachers and educational staff have free entry in the company of children and student groups.

Free parking can be found behind the museum in Munkevænget and Vestergade, quite a few meters walk from the museum entrance.
Sorø Station is located approx. 30 minutes walk from the museum.

Mostly for children
For 5-12 year olds: Buy a task bag at the museum, and get around the exhibitions through play and tasks.

Availability
There is access to exhibitions on the museum's ground floor for the disabled via the museum's courtyard. Ask in the store. A disabled toilet is on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the museum is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Museum shop
In our museum shop you can buy copies of old toys and other fun items from when great-grandmother was a child. We have a small selection of items from local artisans. You can also find a selection of books and our own postcards - all at reasonable prices.
