Children under 18 years: free admission.
Pensioners and students: DKK 35. 
Companion for the disabled with companion card: free admission.                
You can buy ticket at the door or you have the opportunity to buy your ticket in advance here.

Groups of a minimum of 12 people: DKK 30 per person

Members of the local museum association have free admission.

Members of other Museum Vestsjællands museum associations / clubs receive 1/2 price on the entrance ticket.

Educational institutions and daycare facilities:

Free admission for daycare, crèche, kindergarten, school, SFO and youth education.

Free entrance for the education and teacher education.

Teachers and educational staff have free entry in the company of children and student groups.

There is free but hourly parking at the museum. 

It's about. 10 minutes walk from Slagelse Station to the museum. 

Experiences

Slagelse Museum regularly arranges tours of the museum itself and is also behind events elsewhere in Slagelse - among others. at Antvorskovs Klosterruiner. We also hold workshops with various, local features.

Availability

Access to parts of the museum can be arranged for people with walking difficulties, please call in advance on 59 43 23 53 or send an email to slagelse@vestmuseum.dk.

However, no access to the shop or to the toilet for wheelchair users.

NOTE: our ramps are only built for manual wheelchairs – and not larger electric models. There is therefore no access to the museum for guests in electric wheelchairs.

The museum does not have a disabled-friendly toilet.

Museum shop

Feel the atmosphere in our museum shop, decorated like a grocery store from the 1940s. Here are both exhibited items and a wide selection of delicious goods, many of them locally produced.

Bring a picnic basket and enjoy a cozy moment in our garden - The Green Urban Space. It is possible to buy firewood in the museum shop during opening hours.
