Medieval groups with crafts or activities, professional musicians, jugglers and actors as well as sales stalls with and without VAT registration can participate in the festival. We expect you to be able to live up to the requirement to convey the Middle Ages with authentic equipment according to the arm's length principle - i.e. look correct from a short distance. We accept "old-fashioned" equipment from the very early Middle Ages, but not so much the late Middle Ages, where the style is markedly different and hasn't been invented yet!

Sales stalls must pay a stand rent, which varies depending on where on the pitch you want to be and whether you are professional traders or have a handyman stall.

If you settle down with a tent or stall, you are obliged to stay and stay open throughout the opening hours.

If you only wish to participate in return for payment of travel expenses, catering or even a fee, this must be negotiated with Museum Vestsjælland.
