Medieval groups with craft or activity, professional musicians, jugglers and actors and sales stalls with and without VAT registration can participate in the festival. We expects you to live up to the requirement to convey the Middle Ages with authentic equipment the arm's length principle - i.e. look correct at a short distance. We accept "old fashioned" equipment from the very early Middle Ages, but not so much the late Middle Ages, where the style is distinctive different and not invented yet!

Sales stalls must pay a stand rent, which varies depending on where on the pitch you want to be, and whether you are professional traders or have a handyman stall.

If you settle down with a tent or stall, you are obliged to stay and stay open throughout the opening hours.

If you only want to participate in exchange for payment of travel allowance, catering or even a fee, it must be negotiated with Museum Vestsjælland.
