The last Viking ship?Ongoing
Klostrstræde 18, 4300 Holbæk
During the summer holidays at Kalundborg Museum we get a taste of the Middle Ages. We taste herbs, bake bread and make cheese over an open fire.
Have you ever wondered what people ate in the old days?
Not just when grandma and grandpa were children, but way back in time – when there were knights, damsels, monks, nuns, shepherd boys and goose girls?
You can get the answer to that during the summer holidays at Kalundborg Museum.
We taste exotic spices that were used in medieval food and we prepare dishes that were also known in the Middle Ages.
Bring the family and get an exciting insight into the colorful and tasty world of the Middle Ages. Put your hands in history and experience it in a whole new way.
It is necessary to buy a ticket in advance.
Max 2 adults per child.
