In 2001, Maja Lisa Engelhardt created seven monumental paintings for the Social Democrats' group room, at Christiansborg.
The paintings refer to Danish history from pagan antiquity to Christian culture, but also to the Danish seasons. The paintings have not been exhibited to the public until now. For the exhibition, Maja Lisa Engelhardt performs a number of monotypes.
The exhibition is complemented by a catalog and a portrait film about the artist.
