"The hunt for the city's history" is a city walk on its own, suitable for a group of 2 - 6 people. The trip is described in a booklet with accompanying cards and during the trip various tasks can be solved. Various stops are marked on the map and in the booklet you can read small stories about where you stand. It can be a story about why the city is named as it does, about special houses or about whimsical, strange or epoch-making events. There are also recommendations to look up and notice beautiful, quirky and different details on the city houses.
At the individual stops, there is a question that the family or group can solve together. When the whole trip is over and the quiz is solved, the password is clear. The code chorus triggers a prize that can be picked up at the local museum. The trip around the city incl. quiz takes 1-1½ hours.
"The hunt for the city's history" is so far found in Ringsted, Holbæk, Slagelse and Sorø. A package including the booklet with stories, a map, a quiz solution sheet, a compass and a clipboard costs DKK 95.
