carmen curlers – stagedOngoing
Adelgade 23, 4400 Kalundborg
Lisbeth Due Andersen and Svend-Aage Petersen talk about Nebs Mølle from 1496 and the history of the place in recent times on this storytelling afternoon.
Located at what is today the address Nebs Møllevej 94, there has been a mill as far back as 1496. To begin with, it was a water mill. In 1851 a windmill was erected on the nearby hill. Several fires have contributed to changing the importance of the place. In 1915, a holiday and convalescent home was set up for female clerks from Copenhagen. And most recently we know the place as a treatment home under Ringsted Municipality for children.
It is necessary to buy a ticket in advance. Coffee and cake are included in the ticket price.
