City tour – Nykøbing in the Middle Ages

Join us on a city walk about Nykøbing's history in the Middle Ages. Among other things, the town's church is visited, where it is told about its many secrets and why it can compare with the finest churches in the country. We also visit the place in Algade, where one of Denmark's largest coin treasures has been found and hear about its connection to a war in which the Norwegian king and Marsk Stig attacked Nykøbing and Holbæk.

The city walk lasts approx. 1,5 hours. It is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
