OUT OF NORMAL OPENING HOURS AND WEEKENDS:
Bookings for lectures, tours, city walks and activities at weekends and outside normal opening hours can only be made online at the ticket express.
You will always be able to find a direct link to ticket sales under the activity you would like to participate in.

For lectures, tours, city walks and other activities at weekends or outside normal opening hours, a minimum of 8 or more tickets must be sold for the activity to be completed. If not enough are sold, the activity will be canceled or moved to another date. In that case, you will be contacted directly and given the choice between transferring the purchase to another day or getting your money back. 

NOTE: note that the booking fee of 6 kroner for the ticket express is unfortunately non-refundable.

WITHIN NORMAL OPENING HOURS:
For tours, lectures, city walks and other activities that take place on weekdays during normal opening hours, tickets can be bought both online and at the door. These activities are carried out without a requirement of max. number of participants.
