Administrative employee for Museum Vestsjælland
Museum Vestsjælland is looking for a skilled and committed administrative employee. As an administrative employee, you will handle a number of secretarial tasks, personnel administration and controller tasks on projects.
Tasks:
Secretarial duties:
- Update on GDPR rules and action plans and follow up with concrete measures.
- Manage calendar bookings and appointments.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for AMU and the board, incl. sending to e-signature.
- Prepare meetings, including registration lists and meeting catering.
- Telephone answering.
- Update action plans for APV, fire preparedness and driving tickets in the cars.
- Prepare drafts for internal newsletters.
- Order office supplies and other necessities.
Personnel administration:
- Prepare checklists for hiring and dismissals (telephones, PC, work email, "personnel card", keys, etc.).
- Maintain lists of IT equipment and users.
- Coordinate anniversaries and other staff activities.
- Handle contracts for volunteers etc
Controller of projects:
- Prepare project statements for the project managers and keep focus on administrative deadlines at the funds and on fund projects.
- Update the fund database with information about applications and ongoing projects
Working hours and place:
- The position is 22 hours per week spread over 3-4 days
- Place of work: Forten 10, 4300 Holbæk
- Driving license is a prerequisite
- Salary and employment conditions are determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement
