Medieval groups with crafts or activities, professional musicians, jugglers and actors as well as sales stalls with and without VAT registration can participate in the festival. We expect you to be able to live up to the requirement to convey the Middle Ages with authentic equipment according to the arm's length principle - i.e. look correct from a short distance.

Stall holders must pay a stand rental fee, which varies depending on whether you are a professional trader or have a DIY stall.

If you settle down with a tent or stall, you are obliged to stay and stay open throughout the opening hours.

If you only want to participate against payment of travel expenses, meals or even a fee, it must be negotiated with Museum Vestsjælland.
