Tour description:
The home appears almost as it did when the painter Sigurd Swane, his wife Agnete and their three children moved from Hellerup to Lammefjorden in Odsherred, in 1934. They wanted to build and live here. Sigurd was a landscape painter and the dream was to live in the middle of the motif and create a "Paradise on earth", where art, family life, agriculture and nature could merge into a higher unity. The family's children were taught at home and the son, Henrik Swane, lived there until his death in 2011.
At Malergården you can also enjoy the large garden with flowers and fruit trees - or take a stroll down to Lammefjorden.

Guided tour:
Groups of 1 to 24 people: 1.100 DKK 45 minutes + 90 DKK per person entrance fee
(not annual ticket – valid only on the same day)
Groups of 25 to 50 people: 1.500 DKK, 65 minutes + 90 DKK per person entrance fee (not annual ticket – only valid on the same day)
Groups over 50 peopler – special price calculated upon request.
Weekend supplement: 400 kr.
Duration: 45 min. For groups of more than 24 people, we will divide into teams – 10 minute joint intro + 2 x 25 minute guided tour.
