Come with the museum curator and hear the stories behind the exhibition 'Bays Billeder – Odsherred in photo and film'.
Photographer Søren Bay photographed Odsherred for 70 years, and he is one of our most important witnesses to the development of the region.
Museum curator Thomas Egeberg Johansen shows the exhibition and talks about Bay's very special relationship with Odsherred.
He also shows tidbits from the exhibition 'Glimt', which delves into Odsherred's history from the Iron Age to World War II to the present day. Here you can see, among other things, a 2.000-year-old skeleton and parts of the Algade Treasure.
Outside, he talks about the historic garden and the transformation from a schoolyard with asphalt to a home for many, many historic, local plants and herbs.
In addition, he will talk about the plans for the museum in the coming years.
