As we have previously told, the beautiful "Swanernes malergård" received a major and much-needed renovation at the beginning of the year. In connection with the renovation, heating was also installed in the main house. This means that the museum can now stay open all year round – yes, right up to and including 22 December, when Museum Vestsjælland goes on Christmas break. Before then, you can experience autumn in Malergården's idyllic surroundings, and if you're looking for the sweet atmosphere of Christmas, you have every opportunity to find it when there is Christmas music and Christmas fun at Malergården on 26 November.
